Insituform enters credit facility

Insituform Technologies Inc. on Tuesday said it entered into a new $115 million credit facility in part to complete a previously announced acquisition. The company will acquire Corrpro Cos. Inc., which installs and maintains a line of corrosion protection products for pipes, for about $92 million. Insituform said the acquisition, which closed Tuesday, was financed in part by a $50 million term loan under the new credit facility business card templates free. The facility replaces a $35 million facility set to expire in April. (Christopher Boyce)
